DAAD Scholarships 2025 from Japan to Germany

[Deadline: depending on program] Do you plan to study or do research in Germany in 2025? Various DAAD scholarships for individual students and young researchers from Japan are now open for application!
Applications are open for several DAAD programs, funding short and long term stays for graduate, PhD and postdoctoral students from Japan, as well as University Summer Courses (HSK) which are also available to undergraduate students:
- Study Scholarships – Master Studies for All Academic Disciplines
- Study Scholarships – Postgraduate Studies in the Field of Architecture; Music; Performing Arts; Fine Art, Design, Visual Communication and Film
- Research Grants – Doctoral Programmes in Germany; Bi-nationally Supervised Doctoral Degrees / Cotutelle
- Research Grants in Germany
- Research Stays for University Academics and Scientists
- Re-invitation Programme for Former Scholarship Holders
