Kickstart Program
A 1 week virtual and in-person (in Tokyo) program for startups who want to explore the possibility of internationalization or looking for guidance to begin their journey into Germany.
In this program, startups will identify their beachhead market and get the opportunity to get to know some of our investors and gain insights to fundraising in Europe.
Upon completion of this program, startups may choose to apply for the Market Discovery Program

Market Discovery Program
A 6 week program (5 weeks virtual and 1 week in Germany) for startups who have an existing product/service in the market with initial traction and are seeking to validate their product-market fit in Germany. In this program, startups will deep dive into their strategy along with dedicated mentors. They will be given exclusive industry insights and be given the opportunity to pitch to our community of investors, partners and mentors. Program fee is subsidised but startups have to bear travel related expenses.

Program: August 26 – October 4, 2024
Application Deadline: July 26, 2024

Market Access Program
A 14 week program (13 weeks virtual and 1 week in Germany) for startups who have completed the Market Discovery program. In this program, startups will execute their expansion strategy on the ground and enter into pilot negotiations with potential partners. This program is fully subsidised and startups will be granted up to 400,000JPY for travel related expenses.

Program: July – October, 2024
Application Deadline: June, 2024
Participants travel to Germany in October 2024

This programme will be held next in November.
