This call for proposals invites Japan- and Europe-based researchers to explore novel, innovative and improved ways of addressing the diverse risks and threats that exist at the junction of cyberspace and physical space with the help of information and communications technology, and to contribute to the goal of building a resilient, safe and secure society.
