Colloquium of the University of Tübingen and the DWIH Tokyo
DWIH Tokyo was host to a presentation by a visiting delegation from the University of Tübingen on October 27, 2015. The high-ranking delegation was visiting Japan and China on a World Research Tour, bringing together researchers from quantum science and personalized medicine together with partners and alumni of the University from other research areas. Within the delegation’s short and packed itinerary, DWIH Tokyo arranged a special evening presentation with specially-invited guests, creating a strong platform for the university to establish and build in its contacts in Japan.
In quantum science, presentations were given by Professor Dr. Hidetoshi Katori (The University of Tokyo/RIKEN) and Professor Dr. József Fortágh (University of Tübingen); and in personalized medicine by Professor Dr. Hiroyuki Abe (International Society of Personalized Medicine) and Professor Dr. Nisar Malek (Center for Personalized Medicine at the University of Tübingen).
Conversation continued to flow during the convivialities following the presentations.
