The digitally published Federal Report on Research and Innovation 2024 provides comprehensive information on the research and innovation policy of the Federal Government and the German Länder. It presents the various elements of the German research and innovation system with facts and figures in a clear and up-to-date manner.
Furthermore, it comments on key statements of the report of the Expert Commission on Research and Innovation, which was presented to the German Minister of Education and Research on 28th February 2024. The report also provides an outlook on the agenda for the coming years and highlights the readjustments and focus measures of the current federal government.
